Course: Jinteul Villege – Sinseongdae – BaekUnSan – Heliport – BaekUnSa (temple) –Dongdong Villege (6-hour hike)

[With all hikgers including 5 foreigners、5人の外国人を含むアトサンメンバーたち、다섯 외국인을 포함하는 아토산멘바들]We left the South Gate at 7 a.m. So I got up at 4 a.m. and prepared for the hike. When I arrived at the bus stop, I saw Bernerdo, Somen and Juli. Ken also joined us soon. There were 5 non-Koreans including myself today. Total number was 36.
It took 3.5 hours to the foot of the mountain. We arrived Jinteul Villege at 10:35. After taking the group picture, we began hiking.
Juli’s condition was far better than last time. She did not need any rest time for more than one hour. Most of all, we were not the last hikers. A young couple were behind us. Yet, they seem to have bright characters. They joked each other and encouraged each other.
[Juli and Soumen with other AhToSan members, ジュリとソーメンとアトサンメンバー、쥬리와 소면과 아토산멘바]We saw many autumn colors here and there. After walking one hour, we had “Suzuki Time” near the ridge. I offered not only fruits, but also a bottle of chestnut makgeolli.
[Autumn color of BaekUnSan、白雲山の紅葉、 백운산(白雲山)의 단풍]It took about 2.5 hours to reach the top of BackUnSan. We could see the mountain peaks of Mt. Jiri very well.
When we saw the blue mountain peaks of Mt. Jiri, Juli told “Alain Delon” that she buried the ashes of her parents in Mt. Jiri.
[The peaks of Mt. Jiri、智異山の峰々を望む、지리산(智異山)의 봉우리들을 바라다본다]She told me that she became hypothermia while climbing Mt. Jiri with some Koreans during winter of 1998. She was rescued by emergency specialists, but only by chance. So, later, she climbed the same mountain again carrying the ashes of her parents, and she buried them in the mountain where she could see the peak of Cheonwangbong (1915m) well. She told me later that she would leave her will to bury her ashes at the same place.

[At the top of BaekUnSan, 白雲山山頂にて、백운산 정상에서]We had lunch near the top of the mountain. When Juli and I arrived the place, the top group members were about to leave the place. So the time difference between the top group and us must be 30 minutes then.

After having lunch, we began decending the moutains. Most of AhToSan members kept going ridge-hike, climbing several more peaks, but we did not ventured that much.
Descending trails were also nice, colorful with autumn color. We met the top group members near the destination.
[Near Dongdong Villege,トンドン・マウル近くで、동동마을 가까이에서]We arrived at the parking lot of Dongdong Villege at around 5 p.m. We had Tippuri of spicy soup and “deodeok” makgeolli.
[Tippuri Party, ティップリ・パーティ、됫풀이]The sky at this moment was really beautiful. We enjoyed the Tippuri Party until 6 p.m. and came back to South Gate, Daejeon at 9 p.m.

登山場所：全南・光陽の白雲山(ペクウンサン백운산1216m)
コース：Cコース：ジントゥルマウル(진틀마을) – 神仙台（신성재） - 白雲山 –ヘリ機場 - 白雲寺 – トントンマウル(동동마을) (6時間)
同行者：外国人(ジュリ、ケン、ベルナルド、ソーメン)含む36人のアトサンメンバー
[With all hikgers including 5 foreigners、5人の外国人を含むアトサンメンバーたち、다섯 외국인을 포함하는 아토산멘바들]久しぶりに7時定刻の出発。4時に起床。飯を炊いて、朝食をとり、余裕で南門へ。すでにベルナルド、ソーメン、ジュリがすでに待っていた。やや遅れてケンも到着、バスも5分遅れで到着。今回は辛社長の代わりのバスだったが、前列3列目に座席を確保。参加者は36人だったようでちょうどよい。
途中2回休憩で、現地登山口のジントゥル村には10時35分到着。
今回、ジュリは調子が良いらしく、前回とはまったく異なり、休む場面は激減した。今回もまた、われわれより遅いメンバーがいた。若いカップルで女性はワイヤー法による歯並び矯正中だが、やたら明るい。
[With Juli and autumn color,ジュリと紅葉を背景に、쥬리와 단풍을 배경으로] 歩き始めて約1時間後の11:40にスズキタイム。今回も果物の他、栗マッコリ1本を提供。どちらも好評だった。
[Suzuki Time,スズキタイム休憩、스즈끼 타임 휴식]スズキタイムの後はすぐに稜線に到達。そして白雲山山頂には1時10分ごろ到達した。
山頂からは遠く智異山の山並みが良く見えた。このときジュリがアランドロン会長に、自分は智異山で両親の骨を散骨した話をした。
[We could see Mt. Jiri clearly, 智異山の山並みがよく見えた、지리산 산맥이 잘 보였다]ジュリが1998年の冬、韓国人グループと夜間登山した時、彼女は体温が下がりすぎて幻覚がでるなど遭難死の一歩手前まで行ったという。
この時、救助されたことを記念し、後日智異山を再度音連れ、その時に両親の骨を埋めたという。埋めた場所は天皇峰がよく見える場所で、自分も死後は友人に頼んで骨を同じ場所に埋めてもらうかもしれないと言っていた。
[At the top of BaekUnSan, 白雲山山頂にて、백운산 정상에서]昼食は白雲山山頂から少し下りた展望の良い場所で、中間グループにさほど遅れずに合流して食べた。ただ、ベルナルドやケンやソーメンらの先頭Gはすでに食事を終え、出発するところだった。
韓国人たちがトッチャリをひろげた輪に私も入って食べたが、ジュリはその後ろで素晴らしい展望をみながら超然としてサンドイッチを食べていた。彼女にトッチャリのほうに入るようあえて進める韓国は特にいなかった。
[Juli for lunch, 昼食時のジュリ、점심 때의 쥬리]この後、尾根伝いをヘリコプター着陸地まで進み、他のアトサンは我々の後ろのカップル以外はすべてBコースを進んだのに対し、ジュリと私は、このカップルとともにAコースを下った。

Bコースを進めば他の山頂やすすきの原を楽しめるが、Aコースではただひたすら下るだけ。白雲寺に出て、そのあとは舗装道路をだらだらと下り、下りきったところで先頭グループとばったり会った。

そこからともに舗装道路をやや登った場所が駐車場で、バスが待っていた。
ティップリは豚の内臓のアツアツのスープとトドクマッコリで、ベルナルドにはとっておきのミラービールの500 CCをプレゼントして喜ばれた。
時刻はちょうど日没で空と雲の色加減がすばらしかった。ティップリは6時に終わり、帰りは行きよりスムーズだったようで、9時前に南門へもどることができた。
